Delivery & Carriage Charges

Standard Delivery is £2.95 for all orders.
 
Assuming all goods within an order are marked as 'In Stock', your order will normally be dispatched from our warehouse that day. This is valid Monday - Friday excluding public/bank holidays.
 
If no stock figure is displayed, the goods will normally be marked with an approximate restocking/reordering schedule (e.g. '3-4 Days'). This may require us to place further orders to satisfy demand. This is always done promptly and once the goods arrive, they will be dispatched as quickly as possible.
 
Once your order has been dispatched you will be notified via email and depending on the service we have selected for your delivery also by SMS message. You should then receive your order within 1-2 business days. We use Royal Mail 24 for smaller packages and Interlink Express for larger parcels. The courier may require you to sign for your parcel which will require someone to be in at the time of delivery. We cannot accept any responsibility to a delay in your order if someone is not available to sign for the delivery. Orders are typically received the following day in 92% of all qualifying orders.
 
To speed up delivery, your order may arrive in more than one parcel.
 
We can deliver our goods anywhere in mainland Great Britain including the Channel Islands and Highlands/Islands of Scotland.
 
We also deliver orders internationally using Royal Mail's Tracked and Signed Airmail services as well as DPD's European services. These services offer the peace of mind of a signature of receipt and a transit period of a maximum 20 days.
 
If your order is returned to us from its international destination (for reasons associated with the local courier being unable to deliver it) we will attempt to notify you by email and perform a partial refund. The partial refund will reflect your total order value, minus any delivery charges and a mandatory £10 administration fee.
 
Correct disposal of packing materials is your responsibility.
 
Please check the goods on delivery. Any issues arising from goods found to be missing or damaged should be notified to us within a reasonable time.
 
If the goods are lost or damaged in transit, please let us know promptly.
 
Sometimes, for reasons beyond our control we may be prevented from delivering your goods as planned. These might include things such as accidents, breakdowns, fire, flood, storm, severe weather, acts of god, war, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage or the default of our suppliers. We will try to put things right as soon as possible however we can't be responsible where this causes a delay or failure in delivering your goods.
