2026 KS2 SATs Practice Papers (Ages 10-11)

Exactly what my son needed. Practice papers were very realistic. Covered all areas for the SAT - really helpful for exam preparation.

The books have certainly been helpful to try and prepare my child for the SATs, and definitely the practice papers did help him to build confidence and apply his knowledge in solving papers.

A good set of practice SATs tests for Year 6s. I did find that some questions that appeared on the Arithmetic papers were not the type of format that we have covered (some negative squared numbers) amongst a few others. The SPaG paper my students found confusing, but I think that is partly down to preferring the SATs style of tests. For constructive criticism, I would really appreciate similar styled questions, but with a simpler format like the genuine KS2 SATs, as this works for me. All in all, a good investment but would like to see a slight change in the format for consistency.

Very precise and exactly what I needed

Fantastic to help prepare my 10 year old for his year 6 SATs.

Like all papers and the multiple papers per subject gave my child something to competie with as he wanted to beat his scores from his previous papers. ] Only constructive feedback is that there were lots to read in the Reading Test papers. My child felt this was more than what was expected at the SATs or other practice papers he had taken. I explained that could be the case, as it was meant to challenge him. Hope you can have some secondary school practice papers in the future.

Very good exam books for practising towards SATs.

We have used CGP and Letts papers for quite a long time and they were good but not especially varied or difficult. Then we found these Exam Ninja papers and they are FANTASTIC! There's a real diversity with their content and the questions are really hard. The answers are detailed the audio works very well. I can already see it's helping my son despite only doing one set so far. Thank you Exam Ninja and keep up the good work!

Good practice papers,if you could add how the answer comes it could be more helpful

Solid revision materials that helped boost my grandchild's confidence and preparedness for the upcoming exams. A great investment in their education.

My son found these a little more tricky than the ‘other’ practice papers. The same subjects are covered but the questions are in a slightly different style which really tested whether he knew the subject. Some holes were identified.

The pack was beautifully presented. But one of the reading papers(about diabetes) was really upsetting and my boy hasn't touched them since.

Maths papers - very good. Both arithmetic and reasoning papers are challenging and contain good coverage. SPaG papers - very good. Very realistic. Reading papers - poor. Questions are not worded 'SATs-style' and so many techniques taught to the children to answer questions cannot be applied to the ExamNinja papers. For example, govt papers often use 'According to the text,' as a question starter for literal/retrieval questions. More similarities to the official papers would be useful here.

I was shocked when reading the READING Sats 2019 test at the questions asked after reading each story. I know the answers to the questions are not always written in the story as the child is expected to use their brain to think of the answer but to be honest there was no way I could answer many of the questions. I was surprised to find how difficult those questions were for a 10/11 year old. In comparison School have given the 6th year books on SAT BUSTERS to work on before the exams and they are far easier than the package I received ie SATS PRACTICE 2019.
